Pair closed within the Value Area, however is showing bearish bias. No medium / high news on the pound today. We are looking for a possible test of yesterday's DP 1.3140 [m30] for bounce play going down. If the DP area is broken we could look at 1.3220 area [m1 DP] as possible target TP. Going down bounce off the m30 DP of 1.3140 we could set the initial target TP to be at yesterday's Value Area Low 1.3075 (m30). Since we are looking at a bearish bias on the pair I'm more inclined to set my TP at 1.3035 area (7/5/2016 DP). A further break of this area we could look at the untested (Virgin POC/DP) of 1.2965.
